Cancellation Policy
By using our apostille services, you agree to the following terms. Document Preparation & Responsibility We review your documents to ensure they meet state or federal eligibility for apostille processing. However, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and properly prepared (e.g., notarized, certified, or issued by the correct authority). We are not responsible for errors or omissions in documents provided. We strongly recommend that clients confirm the specific requirements of the foreign government, embassy, institution, or agency requesting the apostille before submission, as requirements may vary by country and use. Shipping & Delivery We offer shipping via trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once handed to the shipping provider, Tru Estate Notary is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage. We recommend choosing trackable and insured shipping options. Clients assume full responsibility for documents in transit. Rejections & Acceptance We process apostille requests carefully and in line with official standards, but we cannot guarantee acceptance by third parties, including embassies, schools, or overseas agencies. Final acceptance is at the discretion of the receiving entity. Please confirm their requirements prior to submission. Cancellations & Refunds Due to the time-sensitive nature of apostille services, all sales are final once processing begins. No refunds or cancellations will be issued once your documents have been submitted for certification or apostille. If you need to adjust your order, contact us immediately before processing starts. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once the process has begun.
